We had a small fire in the kitchen with more smoke damage than fire damage. Called SERVPRO of East Louisville and Daniel McCurdy responded.  He was at my house within hours to assess the situation. Daniel quickly determined what needed to be done and explained the entire process to me. His professional attitude and knowledge of how to handle my situation was comforting. Daniel was always patient with my questions and took the time to make sure I understood the process. Thanks to SERVPRO of East Louisville and Daniel McCurdy my kitchen and house is free of the smell of smoke. SERVPRO and Daniel took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

I’m writing to thank SERVPRO and their wonderful staff, especially Eric and Jason, for the wonderful job they did restoring our home after a disastrous fire a few months ago. They absolutely had to take our place apart and do their terrific rebuild and make it warm and comfortable again. Our family is very grateful to all of you who worked on this restoration. SERVPRO was great when we had a major mess from an exploded fire extinguisher in our business. White powder went everywhere with electronic equipment, server, and etc. There was no way we thought they could get it all clean. Within 1 day you would not know anything happened. Very professional and thorough.

Just had to let you know how much we appreciated your team's efforts in getting the building clean and inhabitable for Sunday's activities. They did a great job. It was almost like having a brand new building.    We did notice the curtains and baptismal clothing was not there. I assume that is being cleaned offsite. And we appreciate that, too.

Thanx Eric and the rest for all the hard work!!! Eric kept in contact with me keeping updated on what was going on. It may have taken a bit longer to get the job done, but was no biggie. My home looks great and have already gotten a bunch of compliments on the floor!!!
