We had a chemical spill in our dental office on 06/22/2018 that required professional clean up. SERVPRO was incredibly helpful to determine exactly what the protocol was for the spill and responded to the site within 2 hours of the initial call. Steve kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. They left equipment over the weekend in order to make sure all particulates were out of the air and that all lingering smells were gone by the time we returned to patient care on Monday morning. It’s been a while but wanted to drop you a note about Jason Wilson and your SERVPRO franchise in East Louisville.   Louisville Boat Club had a serious flood in February/March in which Jason Wilson, and his crew, came in for the clean up. The club had about 4 plus feet of water and mud in the clubhouse, tennis barn and squash courts. I came into the office this morning only to find that our water heater was leaking. Water was soaked into our carpet. I called SERVPRO and they were at our office within the hour. They cleaned up the water and removed the carpet in no time. They were quick, professional and friendly. Thanks Dave and Steve.

As stressful as water damage to your home can be, SERVPRO takes on the majority of your burden. When my condominium took on water, professionals could not locate the origin of the water. This was very concerning, and SERVPRO stepped right in. They assisted with recommending plumbers, leak detectors, and even a roofer. None of this was part of their responsibility. Just an example of them going the extra mile. SERVPRO works closely with most major insurance companies. The team I worked with checked on their equipment daily, and even on the weekends. The crew that came was incredibly polite. SERVPRO provided me with incomparable services during an incredibly difficult time, and I would highly recommend them for any of your water mitigation needs.

We had a bathtub overflow into the master bedroom and basement on a Sunday evening. SERVPRO was onsite in less than an hour and went straight to work drying out the basement and bedroom. Their quick actions prevented further damage to our house. They thoroughly explained the process and what they would be doing to dry out the floors, cabinets, carpets, etc. I was very pleased with the entire process. We were Ohio River flood victims and as senior citizens we needed help this time in cleaning up. I called SERVPRO due to a recommendation from a neighbor and friend.  Michael was my crew leader and he was compassionate and dedicated.  He got muddy just like his crew did.  They were very busy due to the number of people affected by this disaster, but they were able to get the items out of our basement and garage so that we could put our lives back in order.

My neighbor's water pipe burst and was not home.... as a result, my condo was flooded with water. The carpet absorbed the water and was completely saturated. I called SERVPRO and although it was a very busy time for them with similar situations throughout the city, they showed up promptly. They have an excellent procedure for dealing with these situations, from the initial clean up, drying out, demolition, re-laying flooring, and dealing directly with my insurance agency. The process went smoothly. After carpet removal, I opted to have it replaced with plank vinyl flooring. After pricing the project at a few other places, I went back to SERVPRO for the new flooring. Not only was their installation price competitive, but I got a high quality vinyl a great price. They were able to work around or move my furniture, and the flooring was installed, and all of the woodwork replaced and painted all in one day. The floor looks GREAT!!! We had flooding in our basement due to sump pump failure. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was friendly and extremely hard workers. I was particularly impressed with Norman Hulker (senior crew chief). He answered all my questions and was thorough while also being careful of not overdoing it on how much drywall needed to be cut out. It's a little higher priced than I expected but on the other hand I know it's a lot of work to get everything cleaned up properly. But I feel confident in what they did.
