Jason Wilson- Owner

Jason is the Owner of SERVPRO of East Louisville. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. When Jason is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys camping with his wife and children when they are not participating in sporting events.

David Sheehan- Commercial Business Development

David Sheehan is our Commercial Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of East Louisville.   David is a graduate of Trinity High School and the University of Louisville.  He has over 15 years of experience in marketing and customer service.  His true passion is helping others in their time of need.  Clients enjoy working with David because of his genuine ability to help them plan for unforeseen circumstances.  He understands the stress that is associated with life's little catastrophes, and enjoys making sure that his clients have an emergency plan in place to offset that stress.

Tim Quinn- Operations Manager

Tim is the Operations Manager of SERVPRO of East Louisville and has over 7 years of experience in the industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. When Tim is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys backpacking with his children.

Robby Ort- Quality Control Manager

Robby Ort is the Content Management Quality Control Manager for SERVPRO of Northeast Jefferson County. He has been with 3 years of experience in the industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. When Robby is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys spending time with his wife or playing on a traveling softball team.

Randy Barnett

Randy Barnett is with SERVPRO of East Louisville.  Randy has over 25 years of Insurance experience that he brings to the restoration industry.  Randy is a member of the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce.  Randy enjoys meeting new people and helping people in time of need.

Andre Foster- Business Development Representative

Andre Foster moved to Louisville in 1990 after serving in the Army.  He has been involved in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 25 years.  His experience includes: management, sales, and training.  His strengths include honesty and transparency with his clients and his willingness to go the extra mile.

Hayley Hill - Job File Coordinator

Hayley Hill is part of the Business Development Team here at SERVPRO.  Hayley is a graduate of Corydon Central High School and is currently a student of Indiana University Southeast working to complete her BS in Business Management. She has over 6 years of experience in customer service and marketing. Family is close to her heart as well as being there for her clients in their time of need. You can always depend on Hayley to be there to help you when it really counts.

Kathy Dreyer - Business Development Manager

Kathy is the Business Development Manager for SERVPRO. She is a graduate of Mercy Academy and has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Indiana University. Kathy has over 17 years of experience in marketing, finance and business operations. She enjoys all sports, volunteering, travel and spending time with her husband children.

Kellen Robacki

Kellen is an estimator here at SERVPRO, and deals with our job audits.

In her free time she loves to read, draw, and play her flute. She also enjoys spending time with her dogs when her mom brings them in town!

Anthony Agnello-General Manager

Anthony is the General Manager at SERVPRO of East Louisville and has been with SERVPRO for 5 years. He has 26 years of GM experience and has been in servant leadership for 12 years. He went to Southern New Hampshire for college, majoring in Environmental Science. He has several certifications and brings a wealth of knowledge, and leadership to the team. When not at SERVPRO, he enjoys exercising, having fun with his dogs, and is a foodie that loves to travel. We are grateful to have him on our team! 

Robert Polk-Project Estimator

Robert is our project estimator at SERVPRO of East Louisville. He has 23 years of restoration experience and lots of certifications, including water damage restoration, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, and applied microbial restoration among others. 

When not at SERVPRO, Robert enjoys swimming, camping, and hiking. We are glad to have Robert on the SERVPRO of Louisville team! 

Rod Seabolt- Project Manager

Rod is a project manager here at SERVPRO. He is retired from the US Army, and brings with him a wealth of experience from various industries, including nursing, real estate, human resources, and the military.

When not at work, Rod enjoys fishing, playing billiards, and spending time with his family.

Jeff Maurer-Project Manager

Jeff has 4 years of restoration experience and is a Project Estimator here at SERVPRO. Jeff has several certifications and a plethora of educational experiences that he brings to the table as a valued member of the SERVPRO team. 

Lauren Polk-Smith- Administrative

Lauren is in the administrative department here at SERVPRO and has been with us just shy of 1 year. Lauren has 3 years of management experience, including some time in the construction management field. She is recently married, and when she has free time, enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and shopping.
