We really care

Recently, our owner received a voicemail with the following message from a water damage customer:

"I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job your company has done for us in our home.  They have literally saved us from a water damage beyond our wildest dreams.  Please pass along to everyone who worked in our home our sincerest thankfulness for what they have done for us.  I have already started spreading the word about what a wonderful company you are."

The customer service provided to this customer is what we strive for on every single job we do at SERVPRO.  It's important to us that our customer's know we care about them and their home.  And that we want to make the cleanup and restoration process as seamless as possible during their time of need.
