Water damage caused by toilet supply line

SERVPRO of East Louisville recently got called out to a home where a customer had a toilet supply line burst in the home. Unfortunately, for the owner of the home he was in the process of trying to sell his home and had not been in the home for several days.  When he walked into his home and saw standing water on the main level of his home he knew he needed to act quickly to get the issue resolved.

When SERVPRO of East Louisville got onto the scene we realized the toilet supply line had burst on the upstairs level several days ago and had been running ever since. Once the water was shut off in the home SERVPRO started extracting the water out of the home.  Once all the water was extracted, and all the demo that was necessary was performed, then we set equipment to dry out the home.
