Flooded Basement

When you return home from a short weekend vacation the last thing you want to find is a flooded basement.  These homeowners weren't so lucky but thankfully they trusted the team at SERVPRO of East Louisville to cleanup and restore their property.  The carpet and pad were soaked with water.  Our team of professionals extracted the water, removed the soaked carpet/pad, set up drying equipment, cut effected drywall, and did anything else necessary to mitigate the water damage.  Our customer was very happy with our response time and ability to keep them aware of anything they needed to know regarding their claim.
