Mold in Utility Room
Mold had begun to grow in a utility room adjacent to some business offices for one of our customers due to leak in a hot water heater. Our certified crews at SERVPRO of East Louisville set-up containment area to block off the area affected by the mold. We vented the space while all of the mold-infected materials were removed. After the area was clear of mold our crews cleaned all of the equipment, walls, ceiling and floor in the room. After the cleanup was complete the restoration process began by re-insulating the wall, repairing of drywall, and finally painted the room and replaced the cove base.
