This customer experienced and accidental bathtub overflow. Our crews set up the wood floor drying extraction mats to save the hardwood floor.  It's very important to our company to attempt to restore instead of replace whenever possible. The water went through the floor and down into the level below. The ceiling had to be removed in the hallway below the bathtub. We drilled holes in the ceiling in the gym below to save the drywall instead of removing it entirely.
